Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Devobravo, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund & Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged by improper use or modification.
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
- Health and personal care items.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@devobravo.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email info@devobravo.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send it to our business address mentioned on the website.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
